We are proud to support East Belfast Pathways, delivered by Phoenix Education Centre NI, a targeted mentoring and outreach programme helping young people aged 14–18 who are disengaged from education or at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).
Running from August 2025 to July 2028, the project is designed to reach at least 90 young people over three years through structured one-to-one mentoring, outreach, and personalised progression planning.
To date, 42 one-to-one mentoring sessions have already been delivered, supporting engagement and progression. These sessions already showing positive improvements in confidence and trust.
As a funder of this initiative, its fantastic to hear about the impact this programme is having, even in these early stages.
