The James Kane Foundation is collaborating with the Southern Regional College to launch a scholarship award for two financially disadvantaged higher education students living within the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon council area. Applications are open to any student beginning Year 1 on a Higher Education course in the subject areas listed below. Each scholarship covers the higher education tuition fee for each successful student for up to a maximum of two years. Applicable courses include:
- Creative Imaging BA (Hons) Level 6 Degree (part-time)
- Computing For Industry BSc (Hons) Level 6 Degree (part-time)
- Creative Music & Audio Production BA (Hons) Level 6 Degree (part-time)
- Creative Media Production – Film Pathways Level 5 Higher National Diploma (full-time)
- Creative Media Production – Games Development Pathways Level 5 Higher National Diploma (full-time)
- Construction (Digital Construction Management) Level 5 Foundation Degree (part-time)
- Construction (Quantity Surveying) Level 5 Foundation Degree (part-time)
- Creative Music & Audio Production Level 5 Foundation Degree (full-time)
- Cloud Computing, Analytics & Security for Industry Level 5 Foundation Degree (part-time)
- Art & Design – Graphic Design Pathways Level 5 Higher National Diploma (part-time).
